Service Scope

VPNUV provides network acceleration for cross-border access and international route subscriptions, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can obtain clients and subscriptions through the panel, then use traffic and route resources according to their selected plan.

Subscriptions provide network connectivity and do not include third-party website accounts, memberships, content licenses, or payment services. Third-party platforms set their own access conditions, content availability, and account rules. Activating this service does not grant permission to use those platforms.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials, subscription details, and order records secure. Do not publish subscription links or give others access to your account. If you discover exposed credentials or unusual activity, change your password and report the situation through a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, provided the account holder uses them on devices they own or manage. This does not permit reselling, renting, publicly sharing, or redistributing a subscription. You may not present this service as a proxy service for others or provide access to unspecified users by claiming to share devices.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before choosing, review the plans page and your order details, and keep your payment confirmation for reference.

Acceptable Use

You must follow the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and to your activities, as well as the service rules of any platforms you access. Do not use this service for illegal activity, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing malicious software, violating another person's privacy or intellectual property, or accessing systems without authorization.

Do not disrupt route operations, evade plan traffic measurement, steal another person's subscription, or misuse system resources. You are responsible for determining whether the content you access and your actions are lawful, and for activity carried out through your account.

Availability and Liability

Connection performance depends on your local network, carrier routing, device configuration, exit region, and the policies of the destination platform. Maintenance, upstream outages, or uncontrollable network changes may interrupt connections, result in route adjustments, or temporarily make some services inaccessible. VPNUV does not guarantee continuous access to specific websites or a fixed connection speed.

If an issue occurs, first check your local network and client configuration, then submit a support ticket with the symptoms and relevant troubleshooting details. Do not send passwords or complete subscription credentials in a ticket. VPNUV will address service issues based on the circumstances. Liability for losses caused by third-party platforms or user actions will be determined under applicable law and in light of the actual cause.

These terms do not exclude or limit liability where the law prohibits such exclusion or limitation, and do not affect consumer rights provided by law.

Suspension and Termination

If there is illegal use, account resale or public sharing, an attack on service infrastructure, credential theft, or another serious breach of these terms, VPNUV may suspend the relevant access, require corrective action, or terminate account services based on the risk. In urgent situations, necessary restrictions may be applied first.

If you dispute a restriction, you may submit a support ticket with your order details and an explanation of the circumstances to request a review. Availability after a subscription expires or its traffic is exhausted is determined by the selected plan and panel records; exhausted resources should not be mistaken for an account penalty.

Changes to These Terms and Policy Guidance

If the service scope or applicable rules change, VPNUV will update the date on this page and explain significant changes affecting users' rights on the site or in the user panel. Review any changes before continuing to use the service. If you do not accept them, you may stop using the service and contact support about how your existing subscription will be handled.
